Lena Hoschek is an Austrian designer. Her Fall/Winter 2016 collection is currently available for pre-order via Moda Operandi. The collection, according to Moda Operandi, “pays homage to [British] national icons including the Queen and infamous literary characters, Miss Marple and Sherlock Holmes.” Here are some of the items featured in the Moda Operandi Lena Hoschek Fall/Winter 2016 trunk show. We would love to get our hands on some Lena Hoschek FW16 dresses. We love the retro look, although some of the styles we like the most are cut a bit too low at the bodice. But who knows? So who exactly is Lena Hoscheck? She’s an Austrian designer who got her start when she was just 24 yeras old. Here’s some info we grabbed from the About page on her website:

Ever since, her name has been synonymous with a nostalgic return to traditional tailoring, classic designs and the ultra-feminine hourglass silhouette, without ever being conventional. A self-proclaimed “truffle pig” as far as fabrics are concerned, Hoschek is always on the look out for sumptuous textiles with a story to tell – a passion she has nurtured ever since she was a little girl.
