They say pomegranate seed oil has a lot of amazing benefits; but we tried it out for a bit and we didn’t really notice anything.

We tried it on our skin and we tried it in our hair; but maybe we didn’t try it long enough? Or maybe the brand of pomegranate seed oil we purchased wasn’t the best brand?

Whatever the case, pomegranate seed oil didn’t seem to help to bring us closer to our fantasy of transforming ourselves into youthful looking beauties with glowing skin and beautiful, thick shiny hair.

So what’s pomegranate seed oil supposed to do for real?

The pomegranate is a fruit that grows from a deciduous shrub known by the botanical name Punica granatum.

The pomegranate fruit is a round fruit that’s typically about the size of a medium orange. The outside skin is thick and red when ripe.

Inside the thick skin are hundreds of juice filled seeds. The juice of the pomegranate seed is sweet.
