Toni Matičevski is a fashion designer based in Melbourne Australia. He launched his label in 1999. According to the biographical information found in the about page on his website, he worked for Donna Karan in New York after he completed his Bachelor of Fashion Design with Honours at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). Following his stint with Donna Karan, he worked at Cerruti womenswear in Paris. And follow his two seasons at Cerruti, he returned to Melbourne Australia to start his own label.

We admit we are only just Discovering Maticevski ourselves. We were checking out pictures of looks from the Maticevski trunk show on the Moda Operandi website.
We fell instantly in love with all the looks from the Fall/Winter 2015 Maticevski collection. Here is a screen shot of the absolutely stunning looks. You can check out the individual pictures on the Moda Operandi website.
These aren’t “regular girl” clothes by any means. And by that we simply mean, girls like us who never have ‘special’ or otherwise ‘fancy’ events to attend don’t typically shop for such extravagant-looking attire. Doesn’t mean we wouldn’t love to have some nice dresses and gowns in our closets even if only to play dress-up every once in a while.
