I’m starting to appreciate why women buy expensive shoes. It’s not because they want to show off how privileged they are to be able to spend over a thousand dollars on a pair of shoes. It’s because the shoes are so gorgeous they can’t resist buying. I recently saw a pair of Christian Louboutin pumps that were to die for. They come with a $1295 price tag. If I had $1295 I’d definitely buy a pair. For now I’m compiling a Christian Louboutin wish list dedicated to Christian Louboutin shoes I would buy if I could.
Christian Louboutin Pensamoi
$1,395.00If I was insane I would get these today. I have enough credit to afford them. But the purchase would nearly wipe out my available credit. It would probably be smarter for me to try to save up to get these. They are totally gorgeous.
Christian Louboutin Bandy alternating stripes multicolored kid leather PVC patent pumps
Christian Louboutin Cloo 100 studded snake PVC and leather slingback pumps
These are slingbacks so I’d probably have to think twice about buying them. I tend to have dry heels. You don’t want to be wearing slingbacks if you have dry heels; but these are so pretty. They come with a $1,175 price tag.
I figure if I ever get to where I can afford shoes that come with a $1,175 price tag then I should be able to also afford a top of the line cream to help repair my dry heels. So I wouldn’t have to worry about not being able to wear slingbacks because of my heels.
Christian Louboutin Aqua Ronda leather and PVC sandals
You’ve got to hand it to Christian Louboutin. He designs some pretty exquisite shoes. Although I have a few on my wish list, I’m not as excited over his bags. But his shoes I can see myself buying despite thinking it’s completely insane for shoes to cost so much money.
Christian Louboutin Bille Et Boule 100 studded PVC and suede pumps
How gorgeous are these pumps? Yes they are just shoes and it’s kind of ridiculous that they cost $1,295 even if they are amazing. After all someone can make a knock-off that looks pretty much the same but cost under $100. So why the huge price tag? But if I had $1,295 I’d buy these anyway.
Other shoes on my Christian Louboutin wish list include the So Kate in yellow, red, leopard print and Python Vulcano, the Follies Strass, the Front Double in “Patent Leopardino”, the multicolored metal Follies Spikes and the nude/red Peep Nail.
