How many Christian Louboutin pumps do you own?
I typed this question into google and came across a very interesting post on the blog Frugal Beautiful. The author shares about the purchase of a pair of nude Louboutins. She titled the post “Frugal Confession: I Bought A Pair of $600 Louboutins & I’m Still Frugal“. It is a very interesting post that’s definitely worth a read if you’ve been longing after a pair of Louboutins for years now and still aren’t in a position to purchase a pair. My Louboutin count is still at zero[0] and to be honest I’m not sure I want a pair badly enough that I would be willing to live as frugally as Shannyn describes how she was living back when she wrote the post in 2012.

What’s so special about Christian Louboutin pumps?
I have to be honest with you. I don’t know that I could ever feel about shoes the way Queen M from the blog In Bed With Fashion apparently feels about the Christian Louboutin Very Prive pumps she’s holding while sitting on a bed surrounded by high end designer merchandise. But I get that some women really love their designer shoes. And to own a pair of Christian Louboutin pumps is a pretty big deal for the women who have them. Especially those women who by all accounts really cannot afford high designer shoes. The acquisition of a pair of Christian Louboutin pumps seems like it feels to some women almost as good as I imagine it will feel if I am ever so fortunate to be able to buy a house. Christian Louboutin pumps are pretty and sexy and for sure if I am ever in a position to buy a pair I’ll buy one just to see what all the fuss is about. But if you put $1000 in my hands right now and told me I either had to use it to buy a pair of Christian Louboutin pumps or on a big-box store shopping spree, at this point I’d have to go for the big-box store shopping spree.
